Antique models

This activity is inspired by the international "Society of Antique Modelers". The idea is to get replicas of antique models (built and flown before the year 1951, or 1957 for some specific categories) flying in a friendly, but competitive, environment.

The reference SAM website describes all activities in what is known as "SAM" around the world.

SAM chapters are the national segments of this worldwide group of antique model enthusists. In Belgium, the national chapter is based at the Club Royal de la Petite Aviation in Anthisnes
